At Bird Collective, we want you to love your gear as much as you love birding. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
